Reservation: All bookings are considered firm and final upon written confirmation from the riad and receipt of full payment or deposit. The balance must be paid according to the terms provided at booking. Rates do not include local taxes.
Cancellation: The cancellation policy varies depending on the season:
High Season: March, April, May 1–17, October, November, December 1–17 (excluding Christmas/New Year): Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. After that, the first night will be charged.
Christmas & New Year: December 18 – January 5: Non-refundable; full payment required at the time of booking.
Mid Season: February, May 18 – June 15, September: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. After that, the first night will be charged.
Low Season: January 6–31, June 16–30: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the first night will be charged.
Very Low Season: July, August: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the first night will be charged.
No-Show: In case of no-show, the riad will charge the full amount of the booked stay.
Booking Modifications: Any modification is subject to the riad’s acceptance and may incur additional charges or apply the non-refundable cancellation policy.
Tourist Tax: A local tourist tax applies per person, per night according to 2025 regulations.
Group & Event Bookings: A specific contract will be established, detailing cancellation conditions, required deposits, and any additional fees: 30% at booking, 50% 30 days prior. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the first night of all reserved accommodations will be charged.
Special Rates or Promotions: Non-refundable; full payment required at booking.
Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made less than 72 hours before arrival are non-refundable and require full payment.
Riad Privatisation: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellation between 59 and 31 days prior: 50% of the stay will be charged. Cancellation 30 days or less prior: full amount charged.
Force Majeure: In case of events beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), the riad reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking. Payments may be applied to a future reservation according to applicable laws.
Additional Services: Use of additional services (spa, restaurant, activities) is subject to specific conditions, available on request.
Acceptance of Terms: Booking implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. For greater flexibility, we recommend booking directly with the riad.
